I'm not sure if others have experienced the rice being hard or not fully cooked with orders. I asked if they had changed vendors or the brand of rice and I was told that they might receive good/bad rice but always the same brand, why not change.

Yes I noticed it the other day. Just seemed like it was not fully cooked. Correct you would think they would change something up, either the brand or how long they cook it.
