Why do you keep the bagels toasted and ready and when someone ask you to give just toasted bagel then why do you microwave and give it to customer ? I had the worst bagel of my life at this location.

Its a good place always get what I want.

If you go inside this unit has racks of food prepared early when business is slow. Not just donuts are prepared early

Hi Sweta. We do not pre toast our bagels. Are bagels are baked fresh every morning and throughout the day and once a customer does order a bagel with cream cheese or a sandwich with a bagel we do slice it and toast it very lightly at the request of the customer per order. If the customer wants it toasted medium or darker and that is upon their request, but when customer does place an order we do toast very lightly. the bagels are never ever pre toasted and they are never put in the microwave. I do apologize if you had a bad experience and I'm hoping next time you visit it will be better and I hope this answers your question.
