At 9:10 to 9:18 I call for a to go order but everytime I call, no one picks up. Why is that? Your website says that your open till 9:30. Why are you rejecting your customers through phone calls and walk in? Doors locked by 9:15. Poor customer service

I never have problems when I go there. Customer service seems decent and the food is always good. I could understand having problems getting served when you go to an establishment right before it closes.

Don't call a food place 20 min before they close. That shouldn't even have to be explained.

Grill is cleaned and shutdown at 9pm instead of waiting until 9:30 when they close giving the customers that last half-hour of service so whoever seems to be working that night gets away with closing a half hour earlier so they get out on time instead of having to stay after work not good when you're hungry at late at night but they don't care

Customer service has been poor my last two visits. I'm now getting my subs from Amici's.

They do not deliver on the weekdays after 9;00pm unless it's a Thursday- Sunday
