Agree with Samantha on the second part. I've had problems there as well and even the managers tend to handle it poorly. I'm a very laid back person, not one of those high strung customers, so I don't think you would accomplish much. Just eat elsewhere.
I would call and explain that to them but honestly I would never eat at that McDonalds again they fell off bad
