You can access the storage facility by using the assigned code for the gate you must enter, that was given to you by a staff member. If it's your first time there, just go inside the main building. The entrance to the building where staff can assist you is outside the gate with no need to use a code. And if you forgot your code you can still access the storage facility by getting assistance from staff in the main building.
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
