The outside bar is open with adequate distancing between tables.
Yes outside bar is open. However, plan to be there awhile waiting for table and food. Service is extremely slow and the kitchen always seems to be backed up. I waited 30 minutes for a to-go order that was placed 15 minutes before I got there. Disappointed with overall service and quality.
