You probably just have to keep calling. That s the fastest way to get your issue resolved
We were held up on the day we were to depart. Flight was cancelled. Went back to the Clarion and was promptly given another room for the night. Left Aruba a day later than we should have. They were more than happy to tell us there was no extra charge for the car. We have no complaints about their service.

Future reference check out the Hampton inn in Philadelphia. Good customer service and great service, and they transport people to and from the airport
