I am sure thats what the SS said also. However its not christmas or any other holiday. Perhaps this place is so unsafe family's should not come here anymore. If car prowlers and stolen cars are so common why dont they try solving those crimes. Instead of building gun nests.
They are just watchtowers, for car prowling and such
Just watching for car prowlers,used to only see around Christmas but not there all the time

It is to provide a sight line for the police/security for anyone doing anything they shouldn't in the parking lot.
If a sniper comes in to the mall and starts shooting people I want the mall police to have guns! Get him before he can harm to many if any! Always be prepared is my motto!
