So my favorite coffee called intense had the red light flashing. I told the attendant and he said my coffee wasn't free. The little letters underneath said if it was flashing my coffee was free. How come he wouldn't honor those words?

Not sure but I believe you have to get the cup from the register attendant for the free coffee. I never bother.
