No. Removing natural materials from the park is prohibited. I would suggest looking in National Forest lands nearby.

Probably not since it is a state patk. There's a ranger station and gift shop on premises and you can get a definitive answer from them.

Picking up branches for an aquarium is not i good thing anyways they have not been treated an could cause harm to your fish..
