Is this Starbucks only available to West Point cadets or are pedestrians permitted to enter? I just moved to highland falls not sure if I’m allowed to enter as a resident of the village.

Doesn't hurt to ask. Drive up to the gate and show your NYS license. Plenty of tourists and visitors come here. Just ask if you can stop at Starbucks.
