My son and I celebrated an early Easter dinner here. He chose it. The food was good. Yet more important...the atmosphere was nice, cozy, clean, and most important for me was all the staff treated all of us customers the same. - Meaning regardless of being vanilla or chocolate we felt appreciated and respected in this establishment. Awesome job!!! Thank you.

Just finished up our 2021Thanksgiving Dinner at the Publyk House. First time there. Pretty restaurant with a mild rustic feel to it. Their Thanksgiving menu offered some great options (Turkey, Salmon, Prime Rib, or Pumpkin Ravioli). My family (3 of us) all ordered the Prime Rib. Most customers did the same. The Prime Rib had to be one of the best I have ever had. So tender and tasty. The portion size was very generous. Everything was extremely tasty. Serving sizes were decent. However, the salad was real skimpy. It was very good, but it was just a small handful of greens on a small plate. The maple balsamic vinegar is really good (I am going to make some for myself). The butternut squash soup was my favorite...yum. The restaurant was super busy, yet kitchen managed to turn out some very good dishes. Staff was great, too.

Wow, what a phenomenal experience & restaurant. Definitely top notch. A big highlight to my amazing Vermont trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a great meal with an amazing view. Staff are very friendly and attentive . Food is well thought of with flavors that compliment each other. Great presentation of the food, with a generous amount. Prices are fair. Salad bar with a loaf of bread & maple butter to start the meal with an order of an entree. I personally loved the brie appetizer & teriyaki sirloin with grilled pineapple entree. If you have the opportunity, sit outside in the patio/ deck facing the memorial monument. It's a great experience if you saw it up close & personal and now sitting from afar taking in the view and history of this particular location by enjoying an amazing meal with good energy and ambience. Parking available on site. Eventhough it is a very large space, I highly recommend getting a reservation.

I want to be honest: this was the best restaurant and the best meal we had during our whole Vermont vacation! The place is really nice and interesting with the right vibes. Nice the idea of self service salads: I got myself a good salad with all ingredients I liked, everything fresh. Then I had meatloaf: it was delicious, something for what I would drive 4 hours to go back and eat again. My wife had lobster mac and cheese, delicious too. We seated outside and we dined watching the Bennington battle monument

No pics. It is an average size... whatever that means. All fresh veggies, different lettuces, excellent dressings. They bring a small loaf of bread with maple butter.

I suggest you call them for their scheduled hours during that day.
There is a large parking lot with spaces demarcated for handicapped. Parking is free and the entrance to the restaurant can handle wheelchairs and walkers.
