Worst experience EVER. The kids they have in there working are a joke. I asked about getting a tire installed on a rim. I was told that because I didn't have an appointment that my tire wouldn't be ready until 4pm when I walked in at 9am. I asked why would it take all day because the only car in the garage was one of the workers car, he was changing his oil in his personal car and said I would have to wait until he was done. The manager got snippy and said "sir you have to work with us since you don't have an appointment". So then I asked how much it would cost. He told me " $63 without a tip" I laughed at him and said are you serious did you really just say without a tip? He said again "yes that will be $63 without a tip" I then took my tire and left and went into the Hudson store. They were absolutely amazing, got me right in and it sure didn't cost anywhere near $63. I will NEVER go there again. Holden I believe his name was is such an arrogant little kid. They all need a better boss watching that store. They should take notes from the Hudson store. By far -5 out of 10 in my book. So sad.

Holden did an amazing job helping me find new tires and also a battery! He explained everything very thoroughly in terms I could understand, and answered all my questions. His mechanic john and tech Chris installed the tires and battery, in a very timely manner. The store was very clean and well maintained/organized. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. I got a flat on the Taconic and was able to drive to the shop. I was half way through a 3 hour drive and it was 20 minutes until the shop closed. At first they said that they already had 3 cars ahead of me and couldn’t do it until the next day, but when they realized the situation I was in they fixed my car. I wish this shop was near me. Highly recommend.
