Like Panera but inconsistency with portion size is getting worse. My tasty, greek pic 2 salad was about 1/3 up the side of the small salad bowl today at lunch. My turkey, bacon avocado half sandwich had a few crumbles of turkey and 2 very tiny pieces of avocado. Come on Panera, whrre is the quality control?

I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed w/chicken salad online for curbside pickup This has been a favorite of mine for years. Lately I've been having issues w/my left knee which makes walking difficult. So curbside pickup is a blessing.

Their food can be a bit expensive but their customer service is excellent. the fact that i can get a bakery item for 99 cents to turn my purchase into a meal is amazing. their employee Rohan was very nice to me and explained me through the menu as it was my first time eating there.

This place always screwed my orders. I live ten minutes from here, picked up my foods and have to turn back around again to pick up a missing orders. Sometimes take me longer due to Clifton park traffic. They really need to pay attention to people orders instead of talking non stop. Seriously can y’all once get my orders right.
