Nestled on Main Street in the small town of Warsaw, NY, is Amber Lantern Brewery. It's been a family owned bar for 30 years whose owner took his home brewing to the next level: a brew-pub. The flight of beers offered today consist of a mango habenero Spicy IPA, a citrus Tiger IPA, a coffee Stout and an American Wheat. All of them are delicious but as a lover of stouts, this one has incredible overtones of chocolate and coffee. They have a decent food selection of American food, hamburgers and fries, chicken wings, sandwiches, and some salads. The food was very appetizing and filling. I don't know how good the quality of their alcohol service is, because I don't drink, but the bar seemed to be attended quickly. The staff is friendly, but the service of food is quite slow. This is a good little spot to mingle and have a slow meal.
