Had to leave a message to make a sick appt...they called back 40 minutes later.to be told they wouldnt take my son w a 103° fever and I needed to take him to immediate care or the hospital...turns out he has a stomach virus...thanks for NOTHING Edit: to respond to your response, due to the fact he had a temperature we were told to take him to immediate care or the hospital. No respiratory symptoms just abdominal. I'll spill the whole truth out happily so that you do not have to worry about HIPPA :)

So happy with suburban peds!! We switched to the Alden location after a bad experience with a different practice in Lancaster. My experience has always been positive- right from the moment I walked in! This office is modern and clean. The staff at the front desk are always kind and helpful. The nurses who have vaccinated my daughter are always pleasant and friendly as well! My 10 month old daughter sees Dr. Caitlin Hoelscher and she’s amazing! Extremely down to earth and great at her job. I truly can’t say enough good things about this practice!

Alden Office. I have say this is a very nice, and CLEAN place. The office staff was great to deal with. Friendly and Courteous. It was my first visit to the office. Making the appointment was quick and easy. Less than 5 minutes. The first visit paper work was minimal. The office called me to confirm they received the records 2 weeks before the appointment date. They called again the day before for a reminder. It was my first time ever taking my child to a Dr. visit where we were seen on TIME. (After Noon appointment) The Person that gave my child a shot was great. Very gentle. quote from my child. "If I ever have to get a shot again. S>>>>> is the only person allowed to do it!!" I will post updates on future visits.
