Where do I start? I love having my own workout zone for each class. No switching and sharing equipment. I love getting a full body workout done in 45 minutes. I love being able to customize it for my level and my needs. Most of all, I love the energy and the confidence it’s given me. What it does for my state of mind is just as valuable as what it does for me physically. Highly recommend!

Just finished the Formula 3 Fitness 5 Week Challenge. I lost 25lbs! I couldn’t have done it without the help of trainers Meghan and Tyler. They were always available to answer questions and provide support. Their posts during the 5 weeks helped keep focus and provided needed pick me up during the few low moments. I recommend this to anyone who would like to lose weight and wants to do it with a community of trainers and others weight loss participants.

I just finished the Five Week Challenge and am happy with my progress. I attended over 30 classes. I love the classes, the trainers, the convenience of multiple locations and the time slots offered, and the fact that I can track my progress over time. I particularly like knowing how many calories I burn in 45 minutes (500-600 calories) as I can keep track of my daily deficit. I lost 8% of my body weight, and 2% body fat. After completing the challenge, you receive a nutrition plan to continue your progress. I will stick with the challenge food plan for the time being, but am glad to have the other plan to switch things up later. Thanks, F3Fitness!

Hi Mary! We have classes available Monday - Friday at 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Saturday and Sunday classes are available at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am. We would love to have you come in and try out a FREE class!
