Ordered today from Carmen's through door dash. They messed up and made the wrong item. Wanted to come up there and get the correct item. NO CAN DO call door dash it's their problem. Thankfully for dash went above and beyond because the rude employees at Carmen's didn't care one bit. Won't be going back there.

Today's cook put them back in my fav 5. Excellent customer service from the entire establishment. Our Steaks were delicious, onion rings were nice and crisp and not too oily. Very pleased.

Not been here in 2 months. Been going to the Haddon Heights location even though this stratford location is 5 minutes from me. Terrible hoagie. Dry, stale roll that crumbled apart as you ate. The Genoa Salami dry and hard unless they put wrong Salami on sandwich. Lettuce was dry and old. Not a very large sandwich for a large when compared to Haddon Heights large. Not coming here again. Other location vastly superior. Quality control definitely in need at Stratford. I would avoid here especially when you pay a high price for . Sandwich

Always a friendly staff, deli gets orders out as quickly as possible. No complaints! Adding breakfast options like muffins, cinnamon buns, etc by your pies would probably sell well
