i wish i could give this location zero stars, i constantly try to give this location a chance as it’s right next to my house but they always mess up my order. i usually don’t pay it too much mind as i try to take into account that everyone has bad days and aren’t always going to be 100% perfect. however, today i draw the line. i ordered 4 orders of hashbrowns and they gave them all to me frozen. unbelievable

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to and so sad to say because this location is in my hometown. This Dunkin is for the most part always out of the donuts you want no matter what time of day. The drive thru is randomly closed with signage saying come back in two hours when we reopen. The service here is terrible and so unprofessional.

I guess, I'll never learn. I order here 1 or 2x a month for my staff. Every time i order, its wrong. Not hard orders. 4 jelly donuts, i get 2. 4 boston creme, i get 6. I just dont get it. Not even a phone call if there are issues. Not good customer service. Last time i called about my order i was blown off. Not even a sorry. I'm done with this place.

This has to be the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have visited. The staff do not acknowledge you,say thank you, let alone look you in the eye! I just stopped there 10 mins ago .No line in drive thru and I clearly see why.I ordered a medium frozen coffee,was given a small.And the drink? Pure mush.The cup was marked small. I was charged for a medium 7 or 8 people just chatting and ignoring the customer.interesting the receipt was torn Just standing chatting and no one could get my order right.
