Disappointed. Initially brought my computer in for a keyboard replacement. The staff broke my computer and said I needed a logic board replacement. I was told the cost of labor and the part itself would be waived. They ended up charging me for a 300 dollar part that was perfectly fine before bringing it in. Would not go back or recommend.

Wanted to upgrade my iMac. Got a very fair quote. Took the iMac into their shop and 2 days later as promised it was done. My computer is running great and will give me many years of use.

My Son was so sad about his Macbook Pro, it had a broken LCD and needed to be replaced. I called several places and most were quoting me a 9 week turnaround time and with a refurbished screen at that. A friend recommended Experimax so I took there and the price was as good or better than what others quoted me. He said he would order the part and let me know when it was ready....I dropped it off to him less than 24 hours ago and already have it back! Great job Billy!!! My son is very grateful!

I dropped our Mac computer off for repair in January it took them over a month and a 1/2 to fix and get back to me. They lost my keyboard and mouse that has been over 3 weeks now, promised a replacement,, and they will not return my calls about my replacement very poor management and very very poor customer service.
