My appointment was at 4:30 I came at 4:15 was helped at 5:15 for a 5 minute visit when I made them aware of the wait she said the doctor wasn’t available so then I asked what’s the point of a appointment she said I don’t know……. Doctor was very nice probably because he heard me speaking with the front desk about wait time. account manager is rude front desk is rude. We Will not be going back no apologies or anything for the 45 minute wait. Then she asked me at check out if I wanted to schedule a 6 month check up. That’s hilarious. Never going back!!!!!

I wanted to like Bright Now, I really did. Unfortunately, they performed an unnecessary “deep cleaning” on my whole mouth and my insurance isn’t going to pay for it. Looking online at the ADA guidelines, even the ADA disagrees with what was done. I have been attempting to bring this to their attention for weeks but they have yet to call me back. EDIT: After speaking with two other dentists, this location didn't even do a deep cleaning and instead did a regular cleaning but billed it out as a much more invasive (and expensive) cleaning.

Dr. Perfecto did an exemplary job cleaning my teeth. But the entire procedure took way too long. The office opened late at about five minutes after nine in the morning, which is no big deal. But I was the first one at the door for my nine o'clock appointment, so I expected an in‐and‐out deep cleaning. Instead, after my X‐rays, I had to wait in the chair over half an hour while other patients got served. I have fairly sensitive teeth. So, despite having no new cavities, the deep cleaning was uncomfortable and painful almost the entire time. But even the pressure from the way he had the saliva ejector pressed down on the side of my mouth was uncomfortable, and painful at times. And he never once stopped to ask me how I was feeling. Additionally, there were a few times, when I had so much water and saliva in my mouth (despite the ejector), that I felt the impulse to gag. The procedure itself must have been 40 or 45 minutes, but it felt like an eternity. I’ve had cavities filled and teeth extracted, but I they were mild in comparison. This deep cleaning was arguably the most painful experience I've ever had in a dentist's chair.
