Brought my cat in for what I thought was a UTI, but I didn’t realize that the office no longer took walk-ins. The staff was very helpful and friendly anyway, and, totally unexpected by me, we ended up needing to go to the emergency vet. Thank you Dr. Kraneburg for helping us out in this emergency!

This is the second time my family has had issues with this vet and not updating their google sight. My fiancé went on a Saturday a couple months ago and waited outside but no one ever showed up because they’re closed on Saturdays now. And Today I come in and wait an hour outside the clinic for them to tell me they no longer take walk ins. Their sign said 7 days a week and walk ins welcome, and their last update is from 2021.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We had an urgent issue with a growth on my Husky's eye and they were able to get us in very quickly. Doctor Kraneburg went far above and beyond expectations. She had recommended us to an eye specialist, and she personally called them several times to make sure they understood the issue was very urgent and made sure they had received all the required paperwork after the appointment. We are currently waiting to see the specialist still, but the staff here was wonderful at making sure we were completely cared for. Though I live a bit further away than I'd like, coming here will always be my first choice after this experience. It's worth the trip!

My dogs love coming to this vet! Wait times even without Covid are horrible! They need someone who can just do nail trims and shots - sort of an express! Would go a little faster than waiting 2 hours for just a nail trim. Prices are great but considering going elsewhere, so you don’t spend all day there!
