We stopped at this IHOP on our way back from Virginia. Wanted a sit down meal instead of fast food in the car. They were definitely understaffed. But they seated us quickly. Our waitress was amazing. Obviously doing the job of 2-3 waitresses. But so friendly! Always a smile! And spot on with anticipating our every need. Now the food; my gluten free pancakes were amazing! Food was hot. Very tasty. Coffee wasn't so hot, or tasty but that really was my only food complaint. The bathrooms needed a little TLC. Being very understaffed, I can see why there was neglect, but still a necessity that must be addressed every shift. All in all a great experience that made our morning a good start, and helped us finish our ride home. We tipped the waitress accordingly, for doing 2-3 jobs and doing them so well!

Don’t go here unless you want to find a bug in your food. Ordered an omelette to go and found a bug cooked in my omelette on the last few bites. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would.

Everything was fine..my server seemed to be rushing me without a moment to breath. As soon as my bum touched the seat she was asking me for drink orders. Then 2 mins later she asked for food orders. My God Lady can I have a moment or two..was my thoughts but I simply asked for more time. My food came out rather quickly. I really don't care for the idea of my food plate up against your shirt or arm. I get grossed out easily and anything could fall in my food. I noticed the server also was rushing others when they came in. I never caught her name but she had an accent maybe Russian (don't quote me). I just feel like quick service is great but slow down a bit and stop rushing patrons.

Even thought we were the only ones in the restaurant, it took over an hour to get our food, mac and cheese, burger and fries, club sandwich. The table was sticky with syrup, other tables weren't cleared when we sat down and were still uncleared when we left.
