Ordered at the drive thru speaker, and as we were pulling up in the line, this silver car cut in front of us. He was socializing with the cashier, and taking forever. When we pulled up to the window, and asked who it was, the lady said it was the store manager. We told her that we were very displeased, and that he shouldn't have done that. The store manager! What type of manager is so entitled that he thinks he can cut off his drive thru customers? Never going back again.

This Dunkin shorted me 9 cents . The total was 8.99 she gave me back 8.90 after I offered her a quarter and she said no. The manager then preceded to get a attitude grab there tip jar and give me a dime like I was wrong. Very rude. Very poor custumer service.

Coffee is always great. I had a miscommunication with the staff today and the manager was very nice and very patient with me even though I was acting annoyed. 5/5 excellent service.
