I placed an online order to be picked up between 2 and 3:00 p.m. I received and alert that my order was ready and proceeded to pick it up. When I arrived there were 3 associates behind the counter talking. None of them said hello to me. Even as I was standing waiting for their attention. I proceeded to pick up my order off of the shelf which was not in the correct spot. When I asked the associate behind the counter if they needed to scan my phone she started with an attitude and said no. She then asked me if I completed my order online which I answered yes but what if I had not paid for my order? How would she know? Absolutely terrible service.

Good dollar general. Nice area to go to. I will return to this dollar general again. Great customer service. Nice people. Probably the best one in this area. I would recommend going here before other dollar generals

Never had an issue till today. I accidentally knocked something down. Was about to pick it up, but an employee decided to run her mouth and picked it up and said "and she couldn't pick it up?" Like i said, i was about to. So i won't be going back if people are going to be rude to their customers.

I was in there today with my daughter and this is the dirtiest store that I have been in a long time. The poor worker was by herself and couldn't do all the work as she had to manage the store and the register at the same time. Throughout the store there are carts with merchandise to be put away and no one putting them away. To get around I had to move carts out of my way in some cases I even had to go through other aisles as I couldn't get around the carts of merchandise. My daughter then went in to use the bathroom which was dirty and the toilet was broken. This is the most deplorable store that I have been in in Hanover. I don't blame the worker it's Dollar General's fault for not putting enough people on to be able to do the work.
