Best petstore for fish nearby. I go in all the the petcos and petsmarts often and I've noticed this one takes better care of their fish by far. Can't speak on any of the other animals.

I have a Portuguese water dog that easily gets ear infections if you don't actually pull the hair out of the ears. Any moisture on the dog makes its way up to the ears and causes ear infections that can lead to perforation of eardrums. They always promise that they will pull the hair out of my dog's ears, I remind them in person and I write it down for them but they never do it. When I pick up my dog and I show them that they forgot to pull the hair out of my dog's ears the person that did The grooming has gone home and the people there will not get the tip so they refuse to do it. This has happened every time I have had my dog groomed there.

Very helpful associates. Cramped aisles and the drinking fountains, while on, didn’t work. When I mentioned it, I was told the store had bad plumbing.

We went into petco with my 3 dogs and the dog trainer went in to sneak a pet on one of them, which startled him so he growled. We assured her he's friendly (he's only 5 months old) and her response was, "I don't trust dogs that growl at me." Sorry but my dog don't trust random strangers trying to sneak a pet from behind the owner. Usually you ask the owner before you pet a dog/pup that you don't know. I feel like just because she was the trainer she thought she had leeway with dogs. Totally unprofessional for someone in that department if you ask me. Pup or not, it's still a dog you don't know.
