I will start off by saying the person who helped me pick my dress & veil and the owner were very nice...however I had the worst customer service experience with the assistant manager yesterday. I bought my dress & veil a few months before COVId started , and then had to postpone our wedding for 2 years due to covid. My husband & I moved to Alaska because he's in the Army, so the dress was shipped to my mom's house in northern Cali. She did not open the package untill I came home to have a small ceremony in Nor Cal recently. We realized there was no veil. My mom attempted to call but did not receive a call back, so we bought a back-up veil a few days before the wedding. No big deal. I moved back to San Diego and went into the store with my receipt and explained my circumstances to see if there was anything that could be done. The assistant manager was defensive right away and said I could not prove that I did not receive the veil and the "statute of limitations" had run out and why did I not call sooner. I explained to her that the dress was shipped to my mom's house in Nor Cal and my husband and I were stationed in Alaska for the Army and could not travel for almost two years. The dress remained unopened untill we could have the wedding. I told her I believe that my mom called when we saw that the veil was not there, the assistant manager then said "no, we would have called you back. You did not call." I showed her the photo of the veil I bought ($500, left photo) and then I showed her a photo of the veil I wore for our ceremony ($50, last minute find, right photo) I was not upset when I went into the store to see if there was anything that could be done since it was an expensive veil that I never received, however, the assistant manager had no customer service skills, accused me of not telling the truth, and when I told her it sounded like she was accusing me of lying (not sure why I would waste my time and energy doing that) she said I was putting words in her mouth and that she would have the owner contact me...but she didn't even take my number down. So I wrote it down for her. Instead of saying "oh, I'm sorry about that. I will check with the owner and see if there's anything that can be done", she said I didn't call and I can't prove I never received the veil....I'm just baffled. I was planning on buying another dress from them for a reception I'm having but not after that experience.

I love coming here. Everyone was a big help in my recent visit to this place. Carmen was a big help, she was able to show me the big selection of dresses they have. They made my bridal experience just perfect. If I could give these guys a better rating, I would. Ive already referred them to someone I know who’s getting married soon.

Both Carmen and Sal were a big help in my handful of visits to this location. I just LOVE how everything turned out and how the dress looks. When I came in for my scheduled appointment, they were able to help right away. They have such a huge selection of dresses, it can be a bit overwhelming but in a positive way. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone here was so helpful and friendly. I had Carmen as my consultant and she was AMAZING. She gave me the most appreciated and much needed pep talk during my appointment. She helped me say “Yes to the dress” and I can’t wait to go back and see her at my fitting. 100% recommend! 🖤🖤

I arrived without an appointment, and I bought my dress on that day and I took it, they sent me very well, minimal cost I do not know but they fit your budget
on Saturday and Sunday if an appointment is needed
