I called on Monday for someone to come out and fix my dryer. Made an appointment for a service call on Friday because that is the earliest they could come out. I work from home so anytime would have been fine. I called four times on Friday to try to narrow down a time when they would show up. No one answered, so I just left a message that I will find someone else to repair my dryer, and not to bother coming out. Not 15 minutes past until somebody called me back a little bothered that I cancelled the service. Too late though. The other company is already on their way. I called another place and was able to get a service person out within two hours.

Turns out, we had a dirty, not broken, igniter and am honest repairman. We will call this place the next time we have appliance issues. They're good people.

Called and set up an appointment for my washer that was not agitating. The lady who answered was professional and gave me a next day window of ‘before one’. She said that there would be a service call charge of 79.95. They came out and determined it was the lid switch (which is possibly the cheapest available thing to change). They charged $38.00 for the part and $20.00 for the labor (I was surprised by this because I thought it might be part of the service call charge). The tech was very professional and friendly and fixed it in about 10 minutes. So- happy about the service- not about the big time window and added price.

I called to have them repair my Frigidaire has dryer. They responded quickly, and I had my dryer up and running by the next morning after they ordered a new motor. Repair costs were reasonable and far cheaper then buying a new dryer. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
