VICTORIA!! Oh my goodness! She did PHENOMENAL on my hair today! I asked for a caramel balayage, and LORDDD did she do it perfectly. She was professional, polite, and skilled beyond belief. 10/10 would recommend. Btw, the cutest nails ever ! If you want the best balayage ever, go to her!!
