Girls lunch. Was looking forward to a leasurely dining experience to catch up with each other. Waitress was attentive, but was too quick to cash us out...no offer for more drinks or even dessert. No line waiting for table. Steak was tough.

UPDATE: Applebee's reached out trying to make things right. They sent a 50.00 gift certificate and apologized. We went back tonight 4/27/22 around 445pm. Our server Bekki was excellent. Very friendly and knew her job. Very up beat attitude and always had a smile on her face. She would make a good manager or trainer. The food was excellent this time around Very Very good. Thank you for reaching out and trying to make it right. It was only fair I updated this to show I also had a great experience with some of my family. But Bekki truly made it a great experience. We never had to ask for anything because she was really on top of everything doing an excellent job! Got there about 3:45 pm. They were not busy but still took about 10 minutes for hostess to come to the front to tend to our family and 1 in front of us. The food was horrible. My bourbon steak came out on a well burnt plate that you could smell the burn. Silverware that was brought to the table still had food on it from previous use. The waitress was absolutely rude and rolled her eyes at everything. She much rather sing behind the bar and chit chat with co-workers then tend to her table. This was my son's 18th birthday dinner and the dinner couldn't have been any worse. If I didn't have to select a star it would have been a 0. Oh and to mention the manager also likes to sit and chit chat with customers at the bar. Maybe take care of your guests in the front and at your tables. The mozzarella sticks weren't cooked all the way either. The cheese was not melted at all. Poor service and Poor food.

Well, the new Cheetos Wings were the bomb, but the Great Resignation is definitely killing quality customer service and cooks too. Usually not bad service and food, but this last time will keep me away for awhile. The nachos supreme looked like they were in a display window for a couple days
