Appreciate the honesty and time the other visitors to the Newark Toyota Service Center posted. I have to side with the lower approval ratings in the reviews. I thought I was the only one having a rough time (at times) when having service there. I think Toyota is a good brand but as I and many of the others have found out they have different standards at times. I had my 2009 Scion in there for new tires and a basic inspection at 120,000 miles. I bought this car with the mileage mentioned. It needed the tires and I was told that it needed spark plugs on that visit. Don't think they even checked the plugs but I figured they should be changed. So I changed them myself. When pulling the plugs one was not tightened properly and another was several turns away from being snug. Put the new plugs in and came back for service 6000 miles later and again was told I need new plugs. Both my cars are Toyota's and I love them emensly but don't think I can go back to have either of them serviced there or purchase another Toyota.

Wonderful experience at Newark Toyota World service center!!! My vehicle was in a minor accident last week and I had it towed there and the service they gave me was exceptional! Dave Ferguson called me every step of the way and kept me updated on the process and was very transparent on what was going on. My phone calls were returned immediately … I could not have asked for better care for my vehicle . He made a very stressful difficult situation much more easy to handle I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs they are the best!!!

I have been bringing my vehicle here for years. The service is always great! During my most recent visit, I was greeted by Dave who reviewed the service received during my previous visit and explained everything related to the service for today's visit. Dave was very kind and provided a warm hand off to Louis Lopez who was the Service Technition that would assist me from that point. I have seen Louis on previous visits. He is always very knowledgeable about my vehicle's service needs. In addition to being knowledgeable, he always provides top notch customer service. Because of Louis' knowledge and expertise, I would not even think of taking my vehicle elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave Ferguson during my recent trip for routine service at the dealership. He is probably the best service person I've dealt with in all these years of going there...extremely polite and courteous..greeted me with a warm smile...listened to and answered all my questions...got me out in little over an hour...I had a wonderful experience and would always recommend him for helping with service to everyone.

I'm sure that they sell it, but why would you ask that question on a map chat comment section? You should ask NTW via an email on their website or use the phone feature of your device. 😀
