I asked for a medium and got very hard at times but knowledgeable nine less. I've got a better experience in the past at this spa is the meaning of the rating I posted.

Oh my goodness hands down the best massage experience ever!! Deep tissue here actually means it! I upgraded for an additional 30 minutes and have no regrets. Polite and professional staff. My only recommendation would be to offer a bottle of water afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit already!
