I have done a lot of business with these folks (both buying and selling). When Chuck Price owned and operated the company it was fantastic, however, he sold it and the new owner has made some changes. They now only allow pickups on the Thursday & Friday following the Wednesday auction so anyone that wins an item has to take off work to go pick up their items. I got charged a $25 fee for a $5 decorative pin because I asked them to throw the small item away since it was damaged. Update - I did get the fee refunded....

So many treasures every week! My experience with Black and Gold Auctions was very easy. After I won the bid, I received communications with very thorough instructions. When I went to pick up my items, it was very organized and the woman who helped me was super friendly! Will do business with them again.
