Ordered in drive through. After placing my order the girl asked me again what my order was and said sorry someone was talking to her. I repeated my order and she repeated it to me wrong. I am frustrated but figured it’s just another one of those days. Got to the window paid and waited for my order. Got my order in a timely manner and went to work to eat. Order was wrong. Had cheese on my burger that was cold and black (cooked way overdone) I didn’t ask for that. Then the onion rings were extra small and had 6 in the bag for a medium order. When I say small onion rings they were so small I could fit the whole thing in my extra small adult mouth. My point is where has quality and good service gone? I don’t want free food and I don’t want my money back. I want what I expect the first time of service. No one is held accountable for anything anymore and free food doesn’t make up for neglect of service and quality. It’s an excuse to be lazy.

Ordered a double burger took one bite and this thing was burnt and cold. I took it back to have it remade. I said I would like it made fresh this time ill wait. 15 minutes later got my order and the same thing burnt and cold. Now they wont anwser the phone. Tater tots were good though

As Sonic's go, this is one of the worse. The burgers were barely warm, the cheese wouldn't even melt. The fries were luke warm and the shake had ice crystals in it. If this was just one occurrence I could write it off as a bad day but this is the 2nd time in a row. With prices the way they are it's just not worth it. Eat somewhere else when in Odessa.

Chicken was a hockey puck, fries were covered in burnt debris from the unchanged grease and they didn’t put any of the condiments in the bag even after telling me they were inside.
