I cannot say enough how great Oregon Trail Recovery has been to me & my recovery. As a newbie to treatment programs, I was pretty naive to this whole process. The OTR staff has been so helpful & understanding in working with me in my recovery journey. They have led me, walked beside me and have been a lifeline when I needed it most. They’ve been incredible with helping my family understand me and continue to support me through my recovery. The Coginitive Behavioral Therapy that has been the bedrock of my treatment group meetings has been the best in helping me understand the feelings & behaviors behind why I’ve turned to alcohol for years. I’m very thankful for OTR and would recommend it to any and all seeking help from addiction.

Please do NOT pay this place nor let your loved one go to his place - they will find an excuse to push your loved one to leave after you have paid upfront all the money for their stay. Then they will not pay you back for any unused portion despite throwing your loved one out of this program. This place is a fraud. I have never been to a worse one.

This was an amazing and life changing experience for me on my sobriety journey. Everyone there from intake on over to the house and the staff were absolutely amazing. This was a huge stepping stone for me in my sobriety and everyone at Oregon Trail Recovery made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time making me feel at home from the very beginning. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants sobriety!!!!

Going to Detox at OTR/PCT Detox was the best, most important thing I've ever done. I resisted getting help for so long but I'm so thankful that I finally allowed myself to be admitted to detox. The techs, nurses, providers, and discharge planners at the house were all so amazing, supportive, and helpful. As a result I felt very safe and comfortable, and it was the first time I felt "normal" without getting high in years. Very grateful to be given a new opportunity to live a good, clean life.

No, you do not have to have done inpatient residential to come here for the PHP or IOP levels of care, however, inpatient detox may be required based on your length of sobriety and presenting withdrawal factors. We do not currently provide inpatient services, however we do have transitional housing that is part of our Care, Treatment, or Services where food and linens are provided, beds too.
Trail recovery may have inpatient in the near future but as of today they only have intensive outpatient
I found a couple places; DePaul in Portland, CODA in Tigard Hooper in Portland. Both Depaul and CODA offer detox and inpatient but Hooper is strictly a detox facility. I believe they will offer you info on inpatient facilities though.
No, but can we set you up to do court via Zoom? We can do a Zoom court date.
It is outpatient but you can live in the sober living house that they have.
I am actually out there doing research for school. As I am sure you are aware of many an addict have had their lives crumble to the point where paying for help is not an option.
Please give our main number call, we have a list of resources for you to choose from. Good job on finding sobriety!
It's a good place I give it 2 thumbs up
We work with out of network insurance, and are currently in network with Shasta and Pacificsource (please ensure that your policy is one of the Pacificsource networks that we are providers for). There is a 750.00$ enrollment fee, as well as, collection of your deductible up front. Our current cash pay rate is 6500.00$ per month to live in one of our transitional houses and receive group and one on one therapy, as deemed clinically necessary.
