Online switches from delivery to carry out automatically and there is nothing you can do about it. So when I call to place an order, i can't understand what the people in the phone are saying. It's like they don't want you to eat here

Absolutely horrible the last two visits. Previously I showed up and waited 10 minutes at the window only to be gawked at like I was in an aquarium and nobody cares to greet me or collect my money or deliver my order. The next day The franchise owner reaches out to ask if there was something wrong with my order, I don’t know I never got it. They told me it would be used as a training example. Tonight I gave them another try and I won’t be call. The app said my order was complete and ready for pick up I showed up 10 minutes later and the order is not complete. “Just tell him to drive around again…”. What? The order is supposed to be ready, and they expect me to wait and drive around the building like a Shriner in the circus? No thanks. How about you “just” ensure orders are complete and ready and attempt decent guest service.

All the positive reviews are so obviously paid for it's gross. Service here was quick but the pizza's quality is terrible. Uneven toppings where some pieces just ended up being cheese, half of the pizza being twice as thin as the other half, soft crust to the point that I have to re-bake the pizza and terribly sliced so that one piece looked like a cheese stick and the other was a 3rd of the pizza. Sometimes there's just barely enough cheese and sauce to even taste it. Very inconsistent quality

The staff at this Domino's has been nothing but amazing. Even at the latest hours the staff has made our pizza's cheesier and our cheesy breads gooeyer. They've always been super respectful and polite even when they have to deliver after hours. They are definitely underappreciated!!
