First time visiting, I didn't know you had to order a personal pan pizza I thought they just had them cooked already and the guy at the window laughed in my face because I didn't know the routine.. pizza was good, wasnt greasy like it normally is. My daughter got a certificate from the school for reading books. I never go to Pizza Hut so how the hell was I supposed to know what the routine is. I remember the old Pizza Hut had personal pan pizzas already in the warmer...

I left specific instructions on the web site to leave the food on carport. The driver still called me and disturbed me for no reason stating I knocked and wanted to make sure u were home. Now why is the driver knocking? Why is the driver calling? Then the driver left the hot bag under there too. I gonna take it back to the store when I get that way which is another inconvenience. IDK
