Reported broken ice maker to front desk and was blown off by the attendant. Housekeeper was pleasant. Breakfast was less than basic. Wifi had a good signal. Place is pet friendly for $35. Water pressure in the shower is very nice.

Where do I begin? First room did not have the two queen beds I booked. Second room was occupied by someone. Third room was as well. I left the key on the desk and the woman behind it told me not to get mad. If you stay here, you’re a fool. I’ll never make that mistake ever again. I drove to Tupelo and stayed at Hampton Inn and it was night and day. Pay extra to stay elsewhere.

Positive: The ladies at the front desk were helpful and the screens at checkin seemed modern and updated. Negative: The area seemed a bit unsafe, & it's right next to a Waffle House. People were in the WH parking lot making noise & socializing until after midnight. It was also very unclean; used towels were still in the room from previous guests & everything was dusty.

Other than not following ADA Government service dog rules this is a nice property. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for administering the ADA in employment settings. Asking if a Dog is a Service Animal If you are working at a business or state/local government facility and it is unclear to you whether someone’s dog is a service dog, you may ask for certain information using two questions. You may ask: Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? You are not allowed to: Request any documentation that the dog is registered, licensed, or certified as a service animal Require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person’s disability Because service animals are not required to wear vests, a dog that is wearing a vest is not necessarily a service animal. The dog still needs to be trained to perform a task for a person with a disability to be a service animal.
