I went for simple hair trim to the shoulders. I left with it cut to short, and then she charges for shampoo and a cut. I didn’t even get a shampoo!

I just had my hair cut and she did a horrible job. I said not to touch the long hair on top and she did. Then it's very uneven and a bunch of short hair where the long hair was on one side.

I went there bc nothing else was available. The hairdresser was super nice and friendly but her work was very subpar. I want for a root touch up and eyebrow wax. I wish I could post pics of the color. Very uneven. Only half of my roots were actually colored. I asked about removing makeup before the wax, which she didn’t do. Stray hairs everywhere and still wax on my eyebrows when I got home. Very disappointed. Will NOT be back!!!!

I took my two sons in and she completely butchered their hair cuts! Nothing was even and one of my sons has a bald spot on the side of his head! When we asked for a half of the refund she said no! My advice is not to get your hair cut here they do an awful job!! Will never get my children’s hair cut here again!
