Slowest "fast" food I've ever been to. Placed an order online in hopes that it would speed up the process, but no, I still spent 30 minutes waiting for food. The staff wasn't even at the front, not even busy. Just slow. I kept thinking they were going to forget about me. I would give 1 star but the food was great, well cooked, and hot.

It'd be a lot better if we didn't have to take our order back and get it fixed every time they do do as well but they screwed up every time first

Just picked up a 12 piece meal today on apr 22 2022, when i got home to Hermiston, opened everything up. Noticed every single piece still had feathers (deep fried) attached.

I like KFC. I like the remodel and the staff are always friendly. Yet every time I go through the drive thru my order is wrong. EVERY. TIME. This is before and after remodel. If I'm going to pay $13 for 3 little chicken strips, I would like to receive what I order. REMEMBER to check your order BEFORE you leave the drive thru.
