Just moved to Burien and am already a regular here, this place is brilliant! Every pie is great and high quality, and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I already have learned that the secret to a good meat pie must be being a great baker, as they also do pastries that are super good, better than what you'll find at most stand-alone bakeries... everything is priced really fairly too, you can get a great pie and mashed potatoes for less than a junky fast food combo meal... Definitely recommended!!

I've always liked this place. They have been here in Burien now for at least 5 years, they used to have a location downtown Seattle, which I now believe they closed due the problems there. But glad they are kind of a fixture now in the heart of Burien, right across from the Burien library, and town square. They now have (little) savory and sweet fruit pies for a 💸dollar each. I stopped in today while running errands, I ordered the little spinach feta and egg, and the ham/egg/cheese. Which hit the spot. Then bottle of juice. Great little late breakfast or early lunch. They serve a variety of larger pies as well. You can also order ones that are frozen a dozen/take home to bake yourself. 🍮 😆 🐨 Just went in again the other day, on Thur when they reduce there meat pies to $4 dollars. Ordered the Bacon Potato Cheese Pie, what a disappointment that was, the potatoes inside the pie was consistency of very thin watery instant mash potatoes. Almost if making for a baby or old person with no teeth to eat. Literally dripping out each time I took a bite, and if there was bacon, there were only three small specks of meat. I also wanted a glass of water, in which they directed me to a plastic water dispenser near front door, the cup available were just small tiny Dixie cups. Just enough room for H2O as if taking a pill! I asked if I could have a 6oz plastic cup they had behind there counter. Told there would be a 50 cent charge! I could understand a charge of not buying anything, but I got a nasty $4.40 pie, I would not have even feed my dog. It seems as of late they have made cuts with quality of food and service, that is reason I have changed rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Let you be the judge next time in your visit.

You can't go wrong with anything you order from here. Our favorite is the beef, potato and cheese pies! But all of them are truly good. Cute little place to have a meat pie. Oh and their desserts are good too, if you have room after the meat pies!

This place has the perfect to go meal or snack. I absolutely love that it is handheld yet super delicate and delicious. I always like to get mine on Thursdays in downtown Burien and stroll through the farmers market across the street. I really appreciate that they have a few vegetarian options and also different options in size. These puppies are four dollars on Thursday Market days so get on down there and have the perfect Burien afternoon!

They require masks and social distancing. Take out only when I was there, but that could have changed.
No, they don't have pavlova. And yes, pavlova is Australian dessert :)
It's 9 inches if you're asking about the large pies.
