Ordered online and drove 15 minutes to pick up my food. When I got to the restaurant the workers advised they had given my food to someone else. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food.

*Ellison location Nashville, TN*. Soooo rude! They didn't have my order that was placed through Doordash, so I asked him (nicely)if he could tell me if it was picked up by someone else or if it was just never received. He kept repeating, "I don't got your order bro." I was kind until he kept repeating it over and over and wouldn't answer that question. I reported him to doordash. Unacceptable to treat people that way. Rude and disrespectful little punk!

They don't deserve any stars to be honest.. I hate this Wingstop it's ratchet & they make up their own rules daily.. How all of a sudden they don't take walk in orders, they claim that they only do online orders now.. I'm so confused about this location

This is the worse customer service ever. I gave 1 star because I did not have an option to not give a star. I walked in and went up to the counter and the the employees looked at me as if I shouldn’t be there. After standing and waiting a minute I was finally greeted after another employee which I guess is supposed to be the manager told another worker that was sitting to help me. I placed my order with no problem and paid. After paying for my order that included two 20 ounce drinks I was told that the drink machine was down. Uuuh ok, that would have been nice to know before I paid for the drinks. I had to ask for my drink to even find out. The “manager” I guess, then turned around to the worked that rung me up and literally said “get yo customer” and walked away. I then had the option to choose 2 cans of soda. I didn’t care for the cans that I had to choose between but was my only option as the “so called manager” said the other beverages were worth more. I requested to be refunded for the drinks.A whole 90 cents. Anyhow, this place is ghetto, rude, unfriendly and I will never go there again. If that woman working giving orders tonight on March 16th is a manager or supervisor or any sort of leader she is leader this wingstop down the gutter. Someone above her needs to pay this store a visit. They will not like what they see.
