There was no wait. Our waitress was friendly and made recommendations. She checked on us several times. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was my granddaughter's birthday and she was so happy with her blueberry French toast!

Large portion sizes. Potato pancakes were crispy and good. Went to IHOP after so many years. They have changed their menu card and recipes for better. 👍 Coffee was average

We ate off the 55+ menu. Was very good. Could've had a better selection . But food was great and service was commendable

IHOP is IHOP is IHOP... No? I have never been to one that disappointed. This location is definitely clean, good service and good tasted the way it always tasted. Their orange juice did taste old but maybe they just don't carry a good brand. Of course we will be back though bc, let's be honest, those cream cheese pancakes are kinds addictive. 😋 Glad they rebuild after it burned down. Bathrooms were also clean.

I believe a disgruntled employee torched it. Just saying. There's no evidence to support my theory.
You might ask them. Originally it was because of people working shifts and needing somewhere to grab a bite at times. Many people still want breakfast at noon or 6pm. Often I have wanted breakfast after 11am, most stop serving by around 10:30, so knowing you can have any type of food almost anytime of day is really nice. There are still people that work shifts so nice to have food stopz available. Lastly, when traveling you know you can stop even when driving late at night. So lots of reasons, their specific reason you will have to ask them.
They brought back kids eat free in evening, but I kinda thought that was through Dec 2018. Either way, you really need to ask each location to know the times it's available.
The main manager has been working there every day lately as I've noticed. Be will make it right. Maybe even restitution for your hassle.
