I had a horrible experience. I went to Walmart and decided to get my sons SD card at gamestop instead because I figured it would be cheaper. We went to gamestop and asked what they had for SD cards. The one we wanted was up towards $80. So we said we saw one at walmart that was 128gb for $20 something. So we stated we would go back there because it was cheaper but would still buy the game card we found. The employee then asked for our phone number for rewards. We stated we didn't have one because we NEVER go there. And stated for the same reason we didn't want to sign up. No big deal right? Apparently not. The guy says "well you came to a store that offers rewards." I feel like that's our problem if we don't want to get rewards because we never go right? Nope. We say again that we don't want to sign up. The guy replies with "Fine. Have fun shopping at walmart." Very snippy. We finished our purchase of a game card and left. I was so disappointed in the service and way we were spoken to. All because we didn't want to sign up for rewards for a store we never go to. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was wishing I can give this a zero star but I have to go with one star I walked in and there was two gentlemen on the front of the store it says help once it are hiring event however both of the representatives that were there did not help the customer at all and then after leaving the store to see why they are not answering the phone I attempted to call and I called while both gentlemen are in the store and neither one of them answered and there’s no one walking around in the store this location should be closed very racist

I feel bad that employees are forced to push numbers based on sales, mostly the power up rewards. But at least with the whole gamestop stock market incident the overall workplace has gotten better.

Great customer service, went in to buy a paddle is in to buy a paddle and was pleasantly surprised was pleasantly surprised by all of the new fun by all of the new fun stuff. Looks like looks like the online experience is banging now as well. Highly recommend coming here in person or ordering online send or ordering online and picking up at the store. The staff is very helpful.

You can get either store credit or cash. The only real difference is the amount of cash is less than the amount of store credit
You can call them. They are doing curbside right now
You should bring it into the store, the guys/girls who work there are super helpful, I will warn you though you will get much less for it than you paid, and it may be better if it's in good condition to sell it on Ebay!
Stock changes from day to day and so does prices. The ps3 however is antiquated at this point and you should really save for something newer
