3 strikes it’s time to leave a review. I’ve had the same or similar problems each time so I’ll just outline my latest experience with this store. Only car in drive thru but waited a few minutes to have order taken and had a several minute long wait at the window to pay. There was a terrible cleaning product smell coming through the window. Reminded me of the types of cleaner used in daycares and hospitals and I lost my appetite. Did not receive everything I ordered and had to go back to the store to get my missing items. No one at the counter and a few equally annoyed customers waiting around for their orders. Took a couple minutes to get an employees attention and get the remainder of my order. Grill items, tater tots and egg wrap, were inedible. They had an awful metallic taste and were also burnt. Never going back, I suggest you drive a little farther to a different location.

The guy ordering today in the morning around 7am was very rude and condescending. Yelled at me for not saying my order fast enough and said it’s my job to specify how many creams sugars and pumps. I don’t normally come to this location but I’ve never had issues with other employees anywhere else with my ordering speed. It is HIS job to ask me if I want cream or sugar. I don’t automatically know how all the drinks are prepared. Very rude and then told me to learn my order and to repeat it back to him several times when all I wanted was my drink. Essentially held my drink hostage. I know I have an accent but so does he and he did NOT have to speak to me in that way. If he doesn’t like his Job he can go somewhere else.

I asked for a medium hot coffee with sugar free hazelnut and cream. They gave me a large hot coffee with regular hazelnut syrup and added sugar. I drank it thinking they messed up the size only. This could be poison for a diabetic person drinking it unknowingly. The guy at the window was attending a personal call as well. Management, please pay more attention.

Absolutely terrible location. Had a very bad experience where my wife drove 5 miles each way to pick up two iced mochas. After allot of trouble even getting the employees to take the order as they were not paying attention to work related activities, she made it all the way home to find that the order was completely wrong and tossed the items in the trash frustrated. I made my way back to ask for them to make it right with my electriconic receipt from 20 min before only to have Ananya, the 17 year old left in charge imply that I wanted free product and refuse to share a managers name or phone number to complain. I was also surprised at the how dirty the place was. Complaint submitted to corporate but regardless I will never give them my business again.

They are nice people but some times things happen. I have been going there pretty frequently and I compare them with other Dunkin Donut places They are really friendly and lot of times they don't even charge It is not only with me but with other people they come after 8 p.m they don't get charged at times I have been consistently going there for about four years I am not related to the owners or anyone working there but I'm telling you and giving you my experience with them
You need the permit from your school.
