This restaurant has history with my family going back 25 plus years in Ely Nevada. There food was fantastic back then and has not changed.

We had the Lumberjack and some wings. It was a pretty dang good pizza. The wings were crispy and came with the sauce on the side for dipping, rather than tossed in it. I've never had them that way. The Mango-Habanero was good!

Having a late dinner at shy Simon's was the right choice. When traveling through we made it in right before closing and the staff was still friendly and more than happy to get us some food! On top of all that the pizza was awesome!! Way to go shy Simon's! Keep it up!

Great pizza place in the quaint town of Council Idaho population less than 800. They also make some incredible sandwiches that come with your choice of salad. Customer service was outstanding and the quality of the food was superb. Restrooms were very nice and they were spotless. Very enjoyable lunch and glad we stopped by on our way thru for a hunting trip.
