We made a reservation 7 days ahead of time. 4 days later we tried to cancel due to medical reasons. We were told no problem, but found they ran our card after our conversation. find that unethical. To make it worse when my wife called, the owner laughed at her. Would love to have rescheduled but not now

Had a blast on the rafting trip today, Great place. big shout out to BLAKE our guide, he was fantastic, above and beyond today, I give him all 10s.. I will be back and asking for him as our guide again.

Beautiful place to stay! The crew was .so helpful and friendly. Loved our cozy cabin. Excellent food at the restaurant. Nice quiet get away, hope to go back!

Yes i believe they have a pump but we didn't use it so you might want to just call and verify everything is up and running with it
What is it you want to know about friendly dogs? We brought our dog with us. They were extremely welcoming of our pup. She stayed in the room with us. We made sure we cleaned up after her,always brought our bag when we walked. We never left her in the room alone, that's expected when you stay away. There were many other guests with fur babies.
