For the third time in 4 times visiting I was told there was no burgers, only fryer food. Understandable one time, yes, but three times over the course of a couple months is insane. Why even be open?

The guy on the line tonight was rude and would not tell me his name or even show his face and ignored my order even at the window. Told me the cook was gone so only fried foods were allowed. Ask what that entailed and he replied only that it's obvious and didn't explain

Very disappointed in the quality and quantity. Ordered the loaded fries what a complete gross mess! Friend got the chicken nugget combo that was advertised for 6.49got a med after asked what size the jumped price up almost a dollar! Would hate to see a small size as the med was so small even a child would go hungry. Everything was a complete thrown together barely warm mess!

Jack in the Box has consistent quality and always tastes good. Never had a messed up order. At this particular Jack in the Box, the drive thru customer service is a mixed bag--sometimes bad, mostly good. No major complaints on my end.

If you sign up for the app with an email address, please fill out all the required fields. Then hit submit. You will be asked to check your email to verify ownership of the account.
