The best manager and staff is at the Caseyville Domino's. This store before this latest manager came used to have so many problems and now I am 100% satisfied with my order every single time. Honestly I would drive further to come to this store then to take a chance at any other pizza place. Love the Caseyville Domino's with the newest manager and staff. The Best!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Unattentive, unsanitary, & unprofessional. Waited over 30 minutes for a 10 minute order of pasta & brownies. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

First round brownies were raw and half of the pizza was upside down. Called and the manager said if we wanted it remade they needed the old food back and I told him I wasn't eating raw food. Reworked order arrived after 30 minutes. Brownies were fine but the pizza was not cut all of the way and had puddles of sauce (we ordered light sauce). Definitely will not be ordering from here again because if the manager cannot get the order correct, how can you the workers to get it right?

I just placed an order with the location five minutes from my home. Immediately an employee calls me and rudely asks where my street is located. When I tell him, he even more rudely says that they're not coming here (because the sleet has begin). Now I am not unreasonable, I can understand the hesitation, however this man was extremely rude about it! Sarcastically telling me sorry after he very rudely denied my order. SO now I have to wait for pending charges to drop from my bank account and am having a hard time justifying another delivery attempt. I can understand if the location is closed or of the employee was polite, but he was absolutely not. This isn't Doordash..since when do they get to veto orders??? If the schools buses can still make it, so can you sir. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my life!
