BEWARE IF ORDERING TAKE-OUT. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Odered and paid for two entrees through Grubhub. One was not delivered. We contacted Old Chicago. The girl was not at all helpful. She said, "we were busy and forgot it, it's right here, you can get it". So we contacted the driver, he said he can't do anything on his end. Went around in circles with Old Chicago and the delivery company. The delivery service was far more professional and gave a refund for Old Chicago's incompitence.

I always get the Chicago 7 with the Chicago thick-style crust and it never disappoints! This pizza is flavorful, packed with toppings, and has great portions. I wouldn’t schedule anything for a few hours after eating the pizza, but it hits the deep dish pizza craving perfectly

The ladies at the to go window were great but my wait time was ridiculous. I placed an order at 6:20 for 9 plain wings and a regular order of the buffalo chicken rolls. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived there at 6:40 they gave me the wrong order of wings. I had the buffalo chicken rolls but had to wait 30 minutes for them to make my wings. By the time I got home my buffalo rolls were cold. I’ll have to try the Old Chicago on Pioneer Parkway next time!!

The service was slow. I was not checked on to see if my pizza was ok or offered a refill. After waiting over fifteen minutes I heard my server ask the hostess to check on me. When she did I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized and took money off on my pizza. The server then came and apologized. He said since he didn't see me he forgot I was here. I rated it three stars since I received an apology and money off on my bill. And my pizza tasted great.
